Pai Gow Poker is a current game with old ancestry. Based on the old Chinese tile game and the current American adaptation of poker, Pai Gow poker combines the east with the western in an excellent game for new gamblers.

One five card hand and one two card hand must be put together from the 7 cards dealt, the 5 card hand must be better than the two card hand. To win, a player needs both of his hand totals to be higher than the dealer’s.
