How accurate is up to you. I tend to believe that hourly info and that style of personal information is not needed. Basically figure out how far ahead you are and what amount (if any) you’ve withdrawn. Of course, if you lose, note that too, despite how much it hurts.

Don’t omit to record what type of poker you’re wagering on, if that’s crucial to you. (In my experience, most players keep to what they know and don’t try something they do not know. If all you do is keep up, down and withdrawals, you’re light years in front of most players out there!)

Give yourself actual goals, such as a ‘dream’ goal (new vehicle, holiday or whatever). When you take out, mark the dollars taken out to your dream counter. The greater the success you have, the nearer that dream will get!
